HUNTING: Elk, deer, bear and cougars frequent the property, especially for fall apples, during rifle and bow seasons. The animals come from several thousands of acres of contiguous forest land to the north. TIMBER: A cruise done for us in 2005 estimated 800 MBF of merchantable timber, predominately Doug Fir. The biggest tree is a Black Cottonwood 6’ in diameter.
